Foam, styrofoam or polystyrene cannot be recycled. It must be placed in the Landfill Red-lid bin, where it will be sent to landfill.

- Foam cups
Large quantities of foam/polystyrene can be taken directly to the following facilities:

- Khancoban
- Talbingo
- Tumbarumba
- Tumut
