All empty household rigid plastic including containers, bottles, disposable plates and cups can be put in your Recycling Yellow-lid bin. All food scraps and liquids should be removed before putting items into your Recycling Yellow-lid bin.
Soft plastic (including cling wrap) can't be recycled through your kerbside recycling service. Soft plastic recycling is available at some supermarkets at retail outlets. Ask your local supermarket if they collect soft plastics for recycling. Otherwise use your red garbage bin as a last resort.
