Re-Use Shop

You can now take your old, but reusable items like tables, lounges, chairs, wardrobes and small items including footballs, gym weights, golf clubs and tennis rackets to the Re-Use Shop at the Tumut Resource Recovery Centre. 

The shop doesn’t accept mattresses, electricals (anything with a cord), battery-operated items, cutlery, books or any loose clothing.

Your items will be assessed by the gate attendant, and all unaccepted items will be subject to the usual council waste fees or you can use your digital waste voucher.
